Regular Exercise is the Best Preventive Measures to prevent most of the diseases. Medical Science is yet to find a better medicine than a regular exercise to prevent most of the diseases. And it is FREE. All you need to do is just walk 5 to 6 km in one hour (brisk walking). Or any kind of physical activity apart from Exercise.
Eat a Healthy Diet. And say No to Tobacco.
Another very important thing to remember on preventing Heart Disease is to Know Your Risks, which are high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol.
